It is the clients’ responsibility to read through the following Terms & Conditions. By using the Site and/or making a booking with us, you agree to follow and to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

General

We may modify or update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Your continued usage of the Website constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions as changed. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms and Conditions.

Bookings
  • To reserve your date, we require a deposit fee of $100, which will be credited towards your final invoice.
  • Please note that all bookings should be confirmed at least 4 weeks prior to the event date, to allow time for planning and sourcing of the materials.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reject any orders at any time.
Last Minute Bookings
  • In the event that you urgently require our services and your event is less than 4 weeks away, we are able to take in last minute bookings if the requested slot is still available. However, please note that a late booking surcharge will apply.
Period of Hire
  • Each booking is for a maximum period of 6 hours (Excluding setup and teardown time). Should you require a time extension, kindly note that every additional hour is chargeable at $50 per hour.
  • For customers who opt for Parties Styling Package 2, please note that we do not recommend our desserts to be out for more than the stipulated time as stated in the section below.
Last Minute Changes
  • All final changes to your booking must be sent in to us 4 weeks before your event date. Changes (including but not limited to: date, time, venue, number of pax etc) proposed less than 4 weeks are subjected to a surcharge.
  • Changing your party theme will only be allowed 4 weeks before your event date. After which, you will not be able to change your theme as the team has already started working on the project.
Cancellation
  • We regret to inform you that any cancellation is subjected to 100% of your booking charges. In the event of an unfortunate
    cancellation, please write to us at eleanains@gmail.com.
Termination
  • This clause allows the contract parties (i.e. Eleana Co and the client) to terminate their obligations if either party’s performance is prevented or made impossible, either by acts of God (e.g. natural disasters) or by acts of third parties (such as war, terrorism, strikes or government orders/restrictions). This clause allows the parties to end the contract without further liability. In these unfortunate events, Eleana Co will return the deposit made to the client subjected to any non-recoverable costs which have been incurred prior to termination (i.e. photo printouts, customized backdrops, customized wedding signages/ calligraphies, purchase of perishable materials such as fresh flowers).
Payment
  • We accept payment via PayLah, PayNow & Internet Banking/ATM Transfers.
  • All payments are to be made within 24 hours from submission of your booking. Your booking will automatically be cancelled if it
    is left unpaid or unaccounted for within the given time frame.
Delivery, Setup & Teardown
  • All prices listed are inclusive of delivery, setup & teardown services unless otherwise stated.
  • Setup may take place from as early as 5 hours before your time slot commences, depending on the extent of the service required. Teardown takes approximately 30-45 minutes and will be done once your time slot ends. Should you need to vacate the venue earlier, do let us know in advance so that we can make arrangements for an earlier teardown timing.
Damaged, Breakage or/and Missing Rental Items
  • In the event of any breakage/damaged/missing rental items, the team will inform you and you will be charged accordingly. Any additional charges as a result of this will need to be made payable within 3 days from date of event.
Other Surcharges (If Applicable)

Please take note of the following surcharges that may apply to your booking:

Special Venues

A $30.00 surcharge applies for setups in offshore areas such as Sentosa, Jurong Island, Tuas South and Marina Bay Sands. This will be used to cover the various entry and parking fees incurred during setup and teardown.

Venues without Lift Access

All setups are to be done on ground floor or levels with lift access. A $50.00 surcharge applies for setups required in venues without proper lift access.

Public Holidays

A $80.00 surcharge applies for all setups that fall on a Singapore listed Public Holiday.

Early Setup / Teardown

A $50.00 surcharge applies for any setup or teardown required before 8:00AM or after 11:00PM.

Applicable for Parties Styling Package 2
  • All of our desserts are to be consumed within 4 hours. We do not recommend for them to be put out any longer than the stipulated timing. We also strongly recommend for all dessert tables to be set up in an air-conditioned space. Eleana Co and its bakery partners will not be liable in the event that desserts are put out longer than the recommended consumption period.
  • Nut & Food Allergy Disclaimer: Our staffs are not trained on the intricacies of various food allergies and cannot be expected to provide recommendations or other advice. Please be advised that the food prepared by our bakery partners may contain dairy or nut products and other allergens.
Other points to note
  • A small corner of the dessert table/table styling may be designated for display of Eleana Co name cards/signage, while ensuring that the setup will not be compromised.
  • Photographs of our styling setups will be taken before the start of your event. These photos are uploaded onto our website portfolio, social media and other blogs, and can be used in our marketing materials. By choosing our services, you agree to allow us to take photos of our work at you event.
  • Eleana Co may also display and use any photographs from your event for advertising, display, website and internet promotion at our discretion, while ensuring that the photos are properly credited.
Other Disclaimer
  • Liability and Damages Disclaimer: Eleana Co shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the event, including but not limited to property damage, financial loss, personal injury, or any other form of harm or loss incurred during the event. By engaging Eleana Co’s services, clients acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any damages, losses, or injuries that may occur during the event.

 

  • Vendor/Supplier Changes (where relevant) : Eleana Co retains the authority to modify our vendors and suppliers as necessary to accommodate operational or logistical needs, without prior notification to the customer.
